TFP Worcestershire Fertility Clinic

The Worcestershire Fertility Clinic service offers the scans and consultations you need for expert care closer to home.

Where can I find you?

TFP Worcestershire Fertility Clinic is located at the Spire South Bank Hospital in Worcester, with clinics also run in The Spire Clinic, Droitwich Spa if that is more convenient for you. Both sites are close to the M5 and local train stations.

Who can use Worcester Satellite Clinic?

Any TFP patient that is concerned about their fertility or needs assistance with conception can use TFP Worcestershire Fertility.

You can self-refer to the clinic for treatment and your GP or consultant can also assist in this process on your behalf. Please include any previous fertility test results in your referral to us so we have a comprehensive history of any or all procedures.

What appointments can take place at the satellite?

We are able to perform examinations such as ultrasound scans, blood tests of ovulation (egg production) and hormone profiles at our Worcester clinic. If sperm testing and fallopian tube testing (HyCoSy) are required, these will be carried out at TFP Oxford Fertility.

In addition to these services, all of the examinations and treatments offered by TFP Oxford Fertility can be arranged. These include fertility assessments for couples worried they may have difficulty conceiving, ovulation induction for women with polycystic ovarian syndrome, fresh IVF/ICSI cycles, frozen embryo replacement cycles, intra-uterine insemination (IUI) and donor insemination (DI).

Complex fertility treatments (such as IVF) can involve up to ten visits to a fertility centre for examinations and treatment. At TFP Worcestershire Fertility clinic we aim to carry out most of these visits in Worcester, providing a friendly local service and minimising inconvenience to you. Even with the most complicated treatments, most couples will only need to attend the central unit in Oxford three times. Although the details can vary for most couples, these three visits will usually be to provide a sperm sample/visit the nurse, for collection of the eggs and embryo transfer.
