To regularly assess how we are doing, we ask you to fill in a questionnaire regarding your experience. Our Quality Management team treats each patient or partners feedback individually to continuously improve our services and provide our patients with the best possible treatments.

We recognise that not everyone is always content with every aspect of their treatment, and we take these comments seriously. Each one is reviewed to see how we can improve our service.
