Anti-Mullerian Hormone is produced by the follicles in the ovaries. The level of AMH correlates with the number of follicles ready to grow (and therefore release a mature, fertilisation-ready ovum) and is a good indicator of your ovarian reserve. On the basis of AMH levels, it is possible to estimate reproductive potential. A low (below 0.7 ng/l) AMH level suggests that there is probably not much time left for pregnancy. It is worth remembering that AMH levels decrease with age, but a single AMH level result does not give information about the dynamics of AMH changes - in some women, it can fall very quickly, significantly reducing fertility, in others it can remain at a low level for years, not excluding the chance of pregnancy.
Since nature has not programmed us to remain fertile until menopause, it is worth taking AMH tests and self-monitoring your reproductive health. The key here is to know that age (especially for women!) matters a lot.

Transvaginal ultrasound is performed to assess the shape, size, and structure of the uterus and endometrium (the mucous membrane lining the uterine cavity). It also allows the location, size, and activity of the ovaries to be assessed. During a gynaecological ultrasound, the doctor can rule out a number of abnormalities that make it difficult to get pregnant.
Seminogram is a basic test in the evaluation of male fertility. Seminological analysis involves the assessment of the concentration, motility, viability, and morphological structure of spermatozoa and the evaluation of seminal fluid.
The result of the semen test may be interpreted by a laboratory diagnostician. He will explain to you what the individual parameters indicate and if they show a decrease in fertility (option only in the men's package).
When the fertility of the couple is assessed, the result of the seminogram is analysed by a specialist doctor. He does so broadly, in the context of the partner's age, the level of her AMH, the result of the ultrasound examination and available additional examinations.
The package for women and couples includes a consultation with a specialist. During the consultation, the doctor will analyse the results of the AMH test and the semen analysis, and a gynaecological examination will be carried out. On the basis of the test results and a short interview, the doctor will discuss with the woman/couple their plans for parenthood.
Once you have chosen your package, simply call us to make an appointment. Each package is only 2 visits!
The first visit is to perform determinations (AMH on any day of the cycle or/and seminogram, after 3-5 days of sexual abstinence)
The second visit is to discuss the result of the seminogram (men's package) or specialist consultation of the results and ultrasound - on any day of the cycle (packages for women and pairs).
