We regularly assess the service we provide to patients, and by asking our patients to complete a questionnaire regarding their experience, we can gain insights as to how we can continually improve the services in the clinic.
We recognise that not everyone is always content with their treatment, we deal with all feedback in a constructive manner and thoroughly investigate all complaints in line with our complaints policy.
