Treatment options

Although treating infertility can be a lengthy process requiring specialised therapies, today's medicine can help, giving couples good reason to hope for the desired outcome

In our clinic all proven, safe and effective methods of infertility treatment are available. You can be sure that we will offer you specific actions only if they are medically justified. We want to bring you closer to the family you've been imagining

Causative infertility treatment

Not in every case of prolonged attempts at pregnancy is the use of assisted reproduction techniques required. It may be that a few specialised tests are enough to find and then eliminate the cause of the problems in conceiving a child.

Insemination (IUI)

Insemination is a simple assisted reproductive procedure involving the injection of suitably prepared sperm directly into the uterine cavity. Insemination can be performed using a partner's sperm (AIH) or donor's sperm (AID).

Intrauterine insemination

In vitro fertilisation (IVF/ICSI)

In vitro fertilization (IVF) is a procedure that involves taking reproductive cells from both partners, combining them in a laboratory, growing the resulting embryos for several days and then inserting one or two embryos directly into the uterine cavity. In our clinic, we are pleased to offer our patients the top-of-the-line EmbryoScope+ incubator with integrated time-lapse system. Thanks to these technologies, precise monitoring of embryo development is a standard of care for each of our patients - free of charge and for an increased probability of success!

Donation - Treatment options

When it is not possible to obtain reproductive cells from one or both partners, the treatment option is to use anonymous donor cells or embryos donated for adoption.

Fertility preservation (oncofertility)

There are often various reasons for postponing parenthood. In a situation in which we cannot rule out parenthood in the future, but the currently planned treatment (chemotherapy, radiation, surgery) or the natural aging process could make it impossible to have children, it is worth thinking about fertility protection.

Testicular biopsy - TESE

If no sperm are found in a man's semen (azoospermia), it is worth considering direct surgical retrieval of sperm from the testicle. The material obtained from the TESE procedure can be used for the IVF procedure or frozen for use at another time.

Pre-implantation diagnosis of embryos (PGT)

Pre-implantation diagnosis of embryos involves carrying out specialised genetic tests on embryos before they are transferred into the uterus. It is performed in order to diagnose serious congenital diseases such as monogenic diseases, chromosomal aneuploidies or chromosomal translocations.

Treatment failure

Does infertility treatment make sense? Is it worth reaching for modern assisted reproduction techniques? The latest ESHRE research says that among women who have started treatment, 71% will have a baby within the next 5 years. 57% will achieve a pregnancy as a result of treatment and 14% will become pregnant naturally. However, it is important to remember that no treatment can give 100% certainty of success; sometimes our journey together ends in failure.

- Happy Mama -

I dumnie mogę użyć czasu przeszłego.
