Caroline Rossiter

Education

Caroline graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2006 with a degree in Medical Science and went on to gain a Masters in Reproduction and Development from Imperial College, London in 2008.

Further education and experience in embryology

In 2008, Caroline began embryology training, following the Association of Clinical Embryologists (ACE) curriculum, and became part of the team at Salisbury Fertility Centre. Upon completion of this course, Caroline successfully registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and has been a state-registered Clinical Scientist since 2014.

Clinical experience

Caroline has over 18 years of experience as a UK-based embryologist at both NHS and Private IVF clinics. In addition to her work at TFP Oxford Fertility, Caroline has gained experience at fertility clinics across London and Birmingham. Caroline's focus has always been centered around patients and helping them through their journeys with the highest level of care.

What does a fertility Lab Manager do?

"Being Lab Manager of a large team at TFP Oxford Fertility, I strive to look for ways in which the team can maintain a personal touch with patients, recognising that each patient is an individual and it is important to us that they are recognised as such.
