All the staff on reception are helpful and informative when you need help. All the staff are very warm and personable. The clinic feels personal.

Receptionist always welcome you by name & remember you which is a nice touch. Queries always answered quickly & efficiently by phone or email. Staff are very knowledgeable, caring and treat you as an individual and with dignity and respect. Have found the counselling sessions to be very useful in dealing with the emotional implications. Time is always taken to answer any questions which is appreciated. I have already recommended a friend & wouldn’t hesitate to do so again.

Knowledgeable admin staff when calling the clinic is great. Given the time & respect at appointments which you need. Staff are very up to date with latest research & use this to form treatment plans.

Every member of staff I have been put in contact with has been professional, friendly and caring. Any issues or questions I have had have been promptly and professionally handled. Jude is the person with whom I probably see the most for scanning and she is wonderful. Throughout every high and low during treatment, I have felt very supported.
