As a fertility administrator and receptionist, Ria welcomes patients and visitors to the clinic, books them in and ensures everything is in place for their appointment.
Ria joined the TFP Simply Fertility team in March 2017, shortly before the opening of the new state-of-the-art clinic, and has loved every minute so far!
“I love my job. It’s so rewarding when patients come in for their pregnancy scans and show us their pictures before they leave. We get to know everyone really well, and when patients come back to visit us as parents, I feel like I have made a real difference.”
Having previously worked in a customer service role for seven years, Ria provides all-around administrative support and first-class organisational skills.
