Nicola has a degree in Medical Science and started her career in Embryology in 2003 at the Homerton Hospital.
Nicola achieved her ACE certificate in 2005 and gained state registration as a clinical scientist in 2008. She joined the Essex Fertility Centre in 2006 prior to successfully managing the laboratory team at Herts and Essex Fertility Centre from 2011 to 2017. Nicola has had a central role in training as an external assessor for the ACE certificate and as a supervisor for trainee embryologists and technicians. She is also a member of the Institute of Biomedical Scientists.
