Dr Garima Srivastava

Ms Srivastava qualified for her medical degree in 1997. She was admitted as a full member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in 2006 and appointed as Consultant Gynaecologist in 2014.

In addition to her work with TFP Simply Fertility Ms Srivastava is lead clinician and Person Responsible at Homerton Fertility Centre where she has led the team through various challenges and implemented various processes around patient safety, clinical governance, and fertility regulation successfully. She has worked with various teams in the community, integrated care boards and the Trust and has been instrumental in creating and implementing various policies and pathways.

She specialises in assisted conception techniques, fertility preserving, Fibroids ,endometriosis and all aspects of fertility treatments. She is particularly passionate about making the fertility treatment accessible to all sectors with special interest in providing advice to same sex women, single women, gender reaffirmation patients and people with psychosexual problems. She is also trained in ambulatory fertility surgery and colposcopy and runs theatre and colposcopy lists in the NHS.

Ms Srivastava is passionate about the patient experience at all stages of the fertility journey in both the sectors and actively seeks feedback and works on it. She firmly believes in the principal of “Getting it right first time “by continuous communication , dialogue and being sensitive of the human factors involved in health care.
