Patient feedback at TFP Boston Place
We regularly assess how we are doing by asking our patients to fill a questionnaire regarding their experience.
We recognise that not everyone is always content with their treatment and we take these comments seriously. Each one is reviewed to see how we can improve our service.

We still get emotional just thinking about our journey. Every day we are grateful for everything that you’ve helped us achieve: our own family. We wanted to finally say our most heartfelt thank yous to you and the team. Despite the length of time it’s taken to put this into writing we’re still struggling to understand if this could ever convey the gratitude we feel, how blessed we feel…. there aren’t the words to express what [our baby] means to us, or indeed the significance of your contribution. We also wanted to extend our thanks for the treatment we received every step of the way. Everyone in the clinic, from the receptionists and finance to the nurses and the doctors and the embryologists were all wonderful to be around. No part of the process ever felt arduous and often we’d look forwards to our appointments. On that note, you may well see us back at Boston Place again some time soon!
