We are therefore delighted to launch our brand new patient charter, displayed in each of our UK clinics, designed to outline to our patients the level of service we aim to provide for every patient as they go through treatment.
Listen: We will take the time to listen to you, to explain, to support and to explore options for your treatment.
Information: We will provide you with all the information you need to make informed decisions about your care.
Time: We endeavour to see you on time, and where this is not possible, within 15 minutes of your appointment time. We will endeavour to respond to your online messages within 1 working day.
Transparency: We will be open and transparent about your treatment options, chances of success and the costs involved. No hidden surprises.
Feedback: We will take all feedback on board, and respond to complaints promptly and with sensitivity.
Support: We will provide counselling to support you on your journey with us, as well as access to other holistic therapies where available.
We hope that our new patient charter will show our patients how seriously we take their care, and that we will always strive to make every aspect of it as smooth and stress free as possible.
