HFEA figures confirm TFP Simply Fertility #1 in the region

We’re delighted to announce that TFP Simply Fertility has achieved a 40% live birth success rate, making us the number one performing clinic in the South and East of England and in the top three clinics across the UK, as published by The UK’s fertility watchdog The Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority (HFEA).

The HFEA regulates all fertility clinics in the UK and records all treatments and births. This means they have a full and impartial overview of all UK clinics and their performance. It particularly looks at the number of births per embryo transferred. This is important as part of its promotion of practices that minimise the chances of multiple births, which carry health risks for mothers and babies.

Since opening our state-of-the-art clinic in 2017, we’ve been sending each patient’s outcomes to HFEA. It’s now able to report TFP Simply Fertility’s results, confirming a 40% success in ‘live birth rate per embryo transferred’ for people aged under 38. This is substantially higher than the national average figure seen of 29%.

We knew bringing together an experienced and passionate team of fertility experts in a purpose-built facility and using world-class techniques would give our patients the best possible chance of success. The HFEA gave us a five-star rating inspection report six months ago, and while the wait to confirm our success rates has been tense, the results speak for themselves!
