We aim to get back to every media request within five hours. On rare occassions, when the request is particularly complicated or sensitive, we may exceed this.
As we're sure you'll understand, patient confidentiality is our top priority. This means we are unable to disclose any information about any patient - past, present or future. This includes, but is not limited to information about a patient’s treatment, care or diagnosis.
Please get permission from us before conducting any interviews, filming or photographing our sites. We're happy to give you this permission through our central media team.
