About me

Work, ever since I can remember, has been a very important part of my life. I cannot imagine life without work, and work without a professional approach to it and full commitment. Kindness, responsibility and loyalty are other qualities that are extremely important to me at work and outside of it. I enjoy contact and working with people.

Education and professional experience

I am a graduate of the Faculty of Philosophy at the Institute of Pedagogy, Jagiellonian University. I have been working at the TFP Fertility Macierzyństwo since June 2016 as the Administration and Secretariat Manager. My responsibilities include supervising the work of the medical registration team, contact with patients, and dealing with all administrative matters. Previously, I worked for Luxmed Group for 11 years, starting from a receptionist position and ending up as the head of the Patient Services Department in the largest facility of this medical group. I was responsible for the good organisation of the work of several employees, contact with medical staff, and supervision of medical schedules and documentation. I was and still am a team member appreciated by my colleagues, who supported their subordinates and solved difficult situations with commitment.

I enhance my qualifications by participating in a number of continuing education courses such as: "Coaching - Implementing Customer Service Standards", "How to Communicate and Implement Non-Medical Patient Service Standards", "Managerial Coaching", "Communication with Patients in Medical Service", "Manager Academy I and II", "Medical Law", "Customer Service - Techniques for Working with Difficult Patients", "Ability to Work in a Changing Environment", "Negotiation" and "Principles of Professional Patient/Client Service".
