Thanks to the Access Fertility packages, if your treatment does not result in the birth of a child, you can receive reimbursement of up to 100% of the costs of in vitro treatment.

How do I use the Access Fertility offer?

• Choose the right financial programme for your in vitro fertilisation procedures.

• Notify the TFP Fertility Macierzyństwo doctor of your wish to use the Access Fertility offer or send a message to the clinic's address: macierzynstwo@tfp-fertility.com.

• Wait for Access Fertility's decision (some packages require qualification for the programme based on your medical data).

• Sign an agreement to participate in one of Access Fertility's financial programmes and make payment.

• Begin treatment.

1. In vitro fertilisation programme with reimbursement

Reimbursable in vitro fertilisation programmes offered by Access Fertility cover up to three cycles of in vitro fertilisation, with the added security of up to 100% reimbursement if treatment does not result in the birth of a child.

• Reimbursement of up to 100% of the costs if the treatment does not result in the birth of a child

• Maximum of 3 IVF/ICSI fertilisation cycles using fresh embryos

• Guarantee to carry out all frozen embryo transfers in one payment

• Suitable for women under 40 years of age who use their own ova

• Eligibility for the programme depends on the outcome of medical verification by Access Fertility

2. Multi-cycle in vitro fertilisation programme

The Multi-Cycle programme (which includes two cycles of in vitro fertilisation) does not allow you to receive reimbursement, but the price is significantly lower than the standard cost of in vitro fertilisation.

• Flat-rate, reduced fees that will save you 0⁄2 of the cost

• Up to 2 cycles of IVF/ICSI fertilisation using fresh embryos

• Guarantee to carry out all frozen embryo transfers in one fee

• Designed for women under the age of 45 who use their own ova

• Eligibility for the Programme does not require medical verification by Access Fertility

Cycle monitoring during treatment

• Visits and ultrasound examinations during cycle monitoring

• Blood tests (E2, P4, LH)

• Care by a coordinator during the cycle

• Follow-up visit at the end of each treatment cycle

Oocyte retrieval procedure

• Anaesthetic consultation including qualification for anaesthesia

• Ovarian puncture for the collection of ova under ultrasound guidance

• Short general anaesthesia and anaesthetist care during and after the procedure

Embryological procedures

• Semen preparation

• IVF/ICSI in vitro fertilisation

• Time-lapse embryo culture to blastocyst stage

Embryo transfer

• Embryo transfer under ultrasound guidance using EmbryoGlue medium

• Thawing and transfer of stored embryos

• 1 obstetric ultrasound examination (6/7 weeks gestation)

Freezing and storage of embryos

• Embryo freezing and storage for 1 year
