The Patient Portal is a platform for sharing medical information between the clinic and the patient. Through the portal you can check your appointment times, communicate with clinic teams, fill out necessary forms, and view information related to your treatment process, including procedure reports. The data on the portal is encrypted and completely secure.

The Patient Portal allows you to have and use your own online account to access messages sent by the clinic, as well as view results and documents related to your treatment at our facility. You can also keep track of your treatment calendar as you confirm the next steps of your treatment, as well as check details of your medical appointments.
In the Patient Portal, you can fill in personal information and other details about your past medical conditions, making it easier to talk to your doctor and keep your medical history organized.
