What to expect
Our aim is to proactively work with the media. We aim to respond to media enquiries within five hours.
On rare occasions, such as in the case of unforeseen complexity or topic sensitivity, we might exceed five hours. But, we will do our best to get back to you as fast as possible.
Patient confidentiality
Patient confidentiality is our top priority. We will not disclose any confidential information about our patients.
Permission
Due to patient confidentiality, interviews, filming and photography is not allowed on our around our sites without our express permission.
This permission must be obtained through our marketing and PR team. They're on hand five days a week and are happy to help you to fulfil your request.
