Dr. Jacqueline Pieters

I am Dr. Jacqueline Pieters, and I have been working at TFP MC Kinderwens since 2008.

Before that, I worked as a gynaecologist specialising in ultrasound scanning and prenatal diagnostics in a general hospital. In early 2013, I obtained my doctorate with a study of unintentional findings of chromosomal abnormalities in prenatal testing. What I like about my work is that it is a field that is developing rapidly. I find it interesting to work closely with our social worker; there are many emotions involved with fertility problems and I think it is important to pay close attention to them.
