Take care of a healthy and balanced diet. A varied, low-fat and nutritious diet makes sure that couples get enough vitamins and minerals.

We suggest taking a dietary supplement that contains folic acid. It is also important to drink 2-3 litres of fluids a day and to avoid excessive consumption of coffee. Studies have shown that there is a connection between heavy coffee drinking and reduced fertility.
